After opening Yorgaki Café, the first Parisian eatery serving traditional Greek coffee and food, we obviously had to make a cookbook. We cooked 54 recipes (from Tzatziki to café frappé), photographed them in Greece and at the café, then designed “Et Zeus créa la feta”, published with La Martinière. Now available in bookstores and online.
